Returns policy

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, REFUNDS

If you wish to return a product(s) you have ordered from getvits.co.uk you must inform us within 14 working days from the day after the product(s) have been delivered. To obtain a refund and cancel the rights to services on a product(s) the product(s) in question must be returned unopened or consumed and undamaged. The refund would include the full value of the product(s) also the cost of outbound shipping, but you would need to pay the cost of shipping the product(s) in question.

If the product in question you wish to return was part of a promotional offer such as (two for the price of one, discount offer, or a combinations of products) the promotional product(s) must be returned also. Getvits.co.uk reserves the right to raise a invoice for product(s) under any of these offers if not returned also. If you simply change your mind about the purchase of the product(s) in question, you may return the product(s) to getvits.co.uk.

For a refund you must:
A. have proof of purchase (Identification/Order details).
B. inform getvits.co.uk within 14 working days from the day after delivery.
C. insure the product(s) have not been opened, consumed and/or damaged in anyway.
D. if we have shipped the product(s) before you have cancelled you must not open any of the postage packaging.

If you feel the product(s) in question is faulty, incomplete or has been supplied in error please contact getvits.co.uk by email. While the product(s) in question are in your possession it is your responsibility to keep the product(s) secured and safe.

When you are returning a product(s) please take adequate steps to insure the product(s) are returned to us in a good and acceptable condition.
